Having graduated in Languages and with a Law background, Karin Heuert Galvão has worked in ELT and training for 23 years. She holds the CELTA, CPE, and the Train the Trainer certificates, as well as the IHCOLT. In addition, she has a PgD in Distance Learning and Educational Technology and is currently working on her second PgD, this time in People Management: Career, Leadership, and Coaching. At i-Study Interactive Learning, she works as Director of Studies. In addition, she is a Teacher and Teacher Trainer specialized in Business English. Karin holds certificates as Life & Executive Coach by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC), International Association of Coaching (IAC), the Professional Coaching Alliance (PCA), the Association for Coaching, and Sociedade Latino Americana de Coaching (SLAC). She works closely with the International Leadership Programs as a Corporate Trainer and Behavior Analyst. She is currently working with European and American multinational corporations developing their language strategies for their Latin America branches and assessing candidates for relocating purposes. Additionally, Karin is a speaking examiner for the world's most prestigious international exams.
